They were so kind and flexible leading up to the day, including accommodating a shift from buffet style to a coursed family dinner, adding on passed appetizers, allowing us and our family to do a full tasting in their restaurant, working with us too figure out the perfect pacing and substitutions for all our dietary restrictions. On the day of, the staff was warm, personable, and attentive - it felt like we had rented out their restaurant.
