Using our custom Santa Maria grill trailer, we craft a menu rooted in California’s culinary heritage, featuring our celebrated red oak-grilled tri-tip, smoked chicken, pinquito beans, seasonal produce, housemade sourdough bread, and fresh, local seafood.
